Tobias Scheiwiler

Tobias Scheiwiler graduated in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). During his legal internships, he worked at a commercial law firm in Zurich, focusing on corporate law/mergers & acquisitions as well as litigation. Subsequently, he served as deputy law clerk at the District Court of Rorschach. He was admitted to the bar in 2024.

He specialises in tort, contract, corporate and construction law. Moreover, he conducts research at the University of St. Gallen and is writing his PhD thesis in the field of tort law.
